Mobile presence in Lync

NetPresence provides realtime mobile presence aggregation- and mediation into Microsoft Lync thereby providing a valuable add-on service to the B2B market in greatly enhancing their productivity, availability and responses to contact requests.

The NetPresence mediation server extracts rich mobile device presence from any mobile network and stores this information in the presence server.

An aggregated mobile device presence status is pushed to Lync, enabling other Lync subscribers to see the availability of the user now also including the presence of the users mobile device.

NetPresence introduces the following new states in Lync:

- Mobile phone busy

- Mobile phone off
